Answer – System software

There are three main types

2. Programming Software – It
is the software used by the computer to understand and convert instructions
from programming language into machine language.
Example – Compilers, interpreters,
assemblers.
3. Utility Software – It
manages the computer hardware, operating system and system software.
Example – Disk defragmenter,
Backup Utility, WinZip.

Advanced Features of PowerPoint 2016
Ans- Software is a set of instructions, data or programs that are used to
operate computers and execute specific tasks.
Software can be classified into two broad categories: System Software and Application software.
System software - System software is a program
designed to run a computer's hardware and applications. It also manages its
resources, such as its memory, processors and devices.
Example – Windows 10, Mac OS etc.
Application software – It is a program designed to help users perform specific tasks.
Example – Word Processors, Spreadsheets, Presentation Software, Database Management System (DBMS), Multimedia Processors, Image Processing Software.

Ans. PowerPoint is a presentation graphics software from Microsoft that lets you create presentations using slides, graphics, videos, and other features. The file extension of a saved PowerPoint presentation is “.ppt”.
